Tiny Annamae, sisters, Bindi and Tammi, and brother Smarty Jones (already adopted)were born on November 1, 2013. Their mom was a pretty little calico who, until her recent spay, had a regrettable penchant for sneaking out of the house for late night dates with the local tom cats (her younger litter kittens has already been adopted through FFGW.) Our quartet has been loved, cuddled and kissed since the day they were born. They are all very well litter box trained and like their litter boxes nice and clean. Annamae is a little round calico ball, with a very soft and plush coat. She was her momma’s mini-me and earned? the nickname "Nanny" grooming the babies right alongside Momma when they were born. Like any true calico, the transition from the only home she ever knew to a foster home at almost 6 months was especially hard on Annamae. She spent her first weeks growling and hissing at everyone. She did not want to be held! BUT THAT WAS THEN. After a trip to the v-e-t a few weeks in, Annamae assessed the situation and realized her foster parents were really okay. She is especially partial to her foster dad and likes to snuggle in his arms at night! Once Annamae’s brother was adopted she became a new kitten. Before she was reserved with anyone but her foster dad, and now she is up close and personal with everyone she meets. She likes to be played with and loves to pounce. She is not a fan of being picked up, but if you are sitting, your lap is hers. She especially loves watching the kitty television (fish tank) and will spend hours just watching. Pretty, petite Annamae can be adopted with any of her sisters or on her own. She is comfortable with dogs and now sleeps every night between two golden doodles!!!
