Are you a cat whisperer? Do you have the patience for an apprehensive, uneasy and a bit anxious cat? Then come meet Bobcat!
Bobcat had one human caring for him all his short life of one year. Then, she became terminally ill with that "C-word" disease. His person could no longer care for him or his playmate. They were surrendered to rescue.
Both were extremely scared. They had never been outside. Always been loved on. Never been caged and certainly never had people sticking their fingers at them.
However, someone extremely caring and loving adopted his playmate. And then Bobcat found himself alone in a cage where people walked by and made funny noises, poked at him through the door and wondered why he would back off and hiss. He had to be removed from the store habitat. So Companion Connection took him in.
Bobcat was playful, friendly and loving with his person as she had found him as a stray kitten. The nice lady took him in and got him veterinary care and vaccines. But then, she had to go into the hospital. Now he is very afraid.
We are certain that Bobcat will respond to an individual that will take the time to get to know him. A person that will let Bobcat come around on his own time and his own terms. He just is very confused and has NO idea where he is. After all, he has been taken from his only mom-person, put in a cage, frightened by passer-bys, and now in another new place.
Please, if you want a young cat that really needs and desires to be loved and cherished, please come meet Bobcat. He’d sure like to meet you! Come on over. Get to know one another. He is waiting for you to give her the best furever home possible!
