Callie is a very beautiful, little calico and our vet estimates that she was born in 2013 or 2014. She was a neighborhood stray who was surrendered by her friendly human neighbor. He had been feeding her and watching out for her for a couple of years. He says that she is an excellent bird hunter, so we imagine she knows what to do with a mouse, too. Callie has been at our shelter since 2-12-16 and she still acts like a feral cat. She really likes the good human who brought her to us, so she prefers men to women right now. Unfortunately, Callie does spray at the shelter, but that could change once she's adopted and living in a home without 40-ish other cats bothering her. Callie has tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia, is spayed, and is up-to-date on her vaccinations.
