Hi I'm Clyde. I came to the Second Chance program when my original owner died. I'm about 20 pounds of love and it's estimated that I'm about 8 years young. My foster says I'm a cuddle bug who follows her everywhere. There are other dogs in my foster home and I'm doing great with them but my foster is careful when giving us treats since I can get protective of my treats with other dogs. I'm doing fine with the cats in my foster's home. I've been around considerate children and did fine with them, but very young children may not be appropriate since they may be too active around a dog that was not raised with small children. I'm house and crate trained (although I would prefer not being in a crate). I walk nicely on a leash. My perfect home is one where the family will take the time to let me adjust to the new family and understands that your patience with me will pay off with a sweet loving pet. If the family likes to take walks that would be a great fit for me, I get so excited when I see a leash. It will be good exercise for all of us. And then when we get home my family could give me belly rubs, finding that magic spot that I so love. Oh, I hope that family is out there looking for me!
