Hi, my name is Daisy. When I was rescued, I had an injured eye and I was malnourished. This left me blind in my left eye. Because I wasn’t getting regular meals I tend to overeat, a lot. I was grossly overweight but I went to a special foster home for cats with special needs. See I have to eat a diet food until I get down to a good weight and I cannot free feed because I just cannot control myself so all my food is monitored. It’s like I am a contestant on the Biggest Loser! I am making progress but I still have a ways to go. I was born in 2006 and I came from an unwanted home along with my 2 babies. I named them Sonny and Cher. Sonny quickly found a forever home, Cher took a bit longer but luckily in 2010 she got the right home but I am still waiting. I love attention and will sit and let you pet me forever and just purr and talk to you the whole time! I am still rather young, I am pretty laid back, healthy as you can tell, and I get along with other cats. I have been spayed, am FIV/FeLV negative, up to date on shots and just waiting for a home where someone can love me. It’s not that I don’t like it here, it is just the home I am in is for special needs kitties and boy is there a lot of them out there waiting to get a break and get in here so they too can find a forever home of their own. So if you are interested in me please email firstname.lastname@example.org and inquire when I will next be at adoptions. You could be the Biggest Winner in my book. With CAAWS since 3/9/7. Daisy Mae is currently cared for in foster care.
