Ed Jr

10 years, 10 months
Medium  |  Male

Denver, CO

Ed Jr. arrived at the shelter as a feral, frightened little kitten in 2006. A kind person had transported him from the gulf coast after he was left homeless by a big hurricane.
Ed was slow to warm up to humans, and is still a work in progress, but if you quietly approach him with treats I will wait to see what’s there instead of his former “eat and run” behavior.
Eva, a volunteer says,
Ed gets along very well with the other cats. Yesterday I was at the shelter and a winter storm was approaching. Of course, the cats knew the weather was changing and four of them, including Ed Jr., were cuddled together in one bed.
Even though Ed Jr. doesn't benefit from people hugs and pets, he seems content and quite comfortable in his surroundings. He doesn't mind posing for the cameras, and takes great photos.
Ed Jr. is part of the TRIAL ADOPTION PROGRAM. Please speak to the staff for details on this new program.
