My daughter (Christy) and I were dumped at a park off Kingshighway. We found our way across the street to a feral colony feeder and took up residence in the nearby backyard of a guy with a big dog. The dog and the man went out of town for 2 weeks, so we thought we were safe there since we had a food source with the feeder nearby. Needless to say, we were caught off guard when the man and his dog returned home. The dog went after us and got my other daughter pretty good (but she recovered). This was the only place we knew to hang out, so despite the danger, we didn't leave the yard. The feral colony feeder called a nice lady who contacted Stray Haven and they took me and my daughter in, and we're both looking for our forever homes!
I am a very sweet, outgoing, and friendly girl who loves people and affection, but I am not a huge fan of other cats. I get along with them as long as they keep their distance. I don't know if I would be fearful of dogs given what happened to my daughter, but if they were cat friendly, they might be alright.
I have an ear tip, but I am not the slightest bit feral! That was a mistake on the vet's part. Please don't hold it against me!
