You can read all about Jada below! But first... This pet has been rescued by a good Samaritan and Molly's Mutts & Meows has offered this courtesy posting to help this dog find a home. This rescuer has also been invited to show this dog with us at our Saturday adoptions in West Hollywood. We will forward your application to Jada's rescuer (a lovely gentleman named Nixon). After reviewing, he will arrange a meet and greet.
Also, Nixon is not on the computer as much as many of us are. If you want to CALL Nixon on his mobile phone to ask him more about Jada, you can! Please tell him you saw Jada's posting on Molly's Mutts & Meows and you wanted to know more about her. Nixon's phone number is:

And now, we'd like to introduce you to Jada. :)
We really believe Jada is a Jindo Mix with Chow-Chow. If you look on Jindo websites, they say that all black Jindos are rare, but they are part of the breed's heritage. The color black was not a favorite among the Korean culture. There is an entire segment on black Jindos.com link below. We think Jada looks A LOT like a Jindo, but she has some Chow in her because of the black on her tongue.
Jada was rescued by her Good Samaritan rescuer from the mean streets of South Gate. She was borderline feral. She has been living on the streets a long time. But now Jada is enjoying life in her rescuer's home. She loves being around other dogs. She also loves the comfort of a dog bed and yummy breakfasts and dinners. Jada is adjusting to home life quite well.
She is roughly 4 years old. We know Jada is sweet with adults, but her foster dad does not have any kids. So we do not know how she is with children. She has been several of of our adoption events and she was super easy-going and sweet with everyone. We also think that she could be okay with cats (with slow and proper introductions). But her foster dad does not have any cats. Again, at our adoption days she did not seem really intererested in the cats as we walked her by their crates.
Jada just needs a person who will give her a loving home. We all adore her at the rescue, and I know her foster dad does too. If you think this home is yours, we would like to meet you.
Oh - we have a rough video of Jada taken at our adoption day. The glare made it tough to get a good shot of her, but you can see her soulful smile the entire time we were filming. We love her.
