Potter is a young Staffordshire mix - about 40 lbs, a short and stocky guy. He loves meeting new people, and will make big puppy dog eyes at you in order to cuddle and get petted. When his foster parents let him sleep on the foot of bed, Potter will inevitably end up snuggled in between them in the middle of the night (it's very cute, even with the snoring). He is house-trained, and good in his crate when his foster parents are at work. He knows how to "sit" and "stay" - he will occasionally chase after cats in the house, but is good at "leave it" when he needs to give them a break. He gets along with the two adult dogs in his foster home, and the many puppy fosters that he has shared the couch with. Potter is currently attending classes, working on his good leash manners so he can make even more new friends. Potter will be a great dog for anyone looking for a goofy, affectionate companion!
All the adoptable AARF dogs are in foster homes to get them ready for their forever homes. If you are interested in meeting one of our adorable pooches, please fill out our adoption application and we'll get back to you with any questions. Then we can schedule a time for the two of you to meet!
