Rusty is a male, domestic short, hair orange tabby. He was born 5/15/11.
Hi, I'm Rusty! I'm very gentle; I'll be putty in your arms and let you rub my tummy once we're acquainted. At first, I might be a little bashful and careful. I like to play with toys, to snuggle, and especially like playing with my sister Clara. She's very smart and helps make me feel safe. Even if not Clara, I get along really well with all of my siblings, and would love to have one come with me.
My siblings (Rusty, Clara and Ellie) and I began life on the wild side. When we were about five weeks old, our mother found us a place she thought safe. We had a nice building to crawl under that kept us dry. Then one day something strange happened. Mushy stuff that didn't LOOK like food but sure smelled like it started appearing beside our home. Before we knew it we were in little cages and then whisked inside to a new warm, safe world indoors. We've been having lots of fun, but some cats already live here and we'd really like to havenew homes of our own.
