Please contact Marta for more information about this pet.
We do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in adopting from CCHS, you have to complete an online application at http://www.collincountyhumanesociety.org/adoption-application.html and we will contact you asap about the status of your application.
Spud lived outdoor in a rural shelter with over 200 dogs for the first two years of his life and received very little human socialization. Even though he did not have much contact with humans he is making progress. He is a very sweet little guy who loves to sleep in a warm bed and likes the soft touch of your hands. He gets along great with other dogs and cats. He is very quiet well manner sweet baby. He is crate and potty trained. Current on all vaccines and is HW negative. Spud is shy around humans and his forever home will need to have patience, love and understanding to build trust.
Best if he goes to a home with no children to keep his stress down.
He is small, weights around 7 lbs. He is current on all vaccines, microchip and HW- If you would like to meet Spud please fill out an online application at http://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoptfoster/adoption-application/.
