Rocky is still doing well in his foster home. He is completely house trained now and enjoys the company of most of the other dogs in his foster home. He does seem to have some anxiety when taken outside of the house and especially at adoption events. Seems he is a bit insecure and would do well with someone who is wiling to continue to work and train with Rocky so he can start to feel more comfortable and confident, even when away from his foster pack.
Rocky's nickname is Noodles as he is a smart, high energy and exuberant little guy who loves to be chased around the yard by his canine friends throughout the day. But then wants to cuddle up on the couch with you in the evenings.
At this time we are uncertain if Rocky would do well in a house with children, unless they are older and well mannered. As Rocky can sometimes get a bit carried away during play. He loves to jump up and use his bark (anything to instigate a chase) and isn't the best about sharing with others. But these are all things we are currently working on. Rocky is a sweet, smart, food motivated and a young dog who just spent too long in a shelter and deserves a home where someone can give him the guidance and the security he really needs.
