As some of you may know, Violet came into the rescue I foster for late July of last year. She has been a sanctuary dog since we had no idea the depth of her abnormalities and we knew to most she would be considered "unadoptable " Violet came into our foundation July of last year. She has hydrocephalus, 4 ear flaps, a deformed sternum and is going blind. After much consideration we have decided to place Violet up for adoption to the right home. She may not live a long life, but up to this point she has had no health issues related to her condition. Her organs are all normally formed. She is losing her eye sight and she cannot be put under anesthesia to be spayed. She doesn't do well with children and doesn't do well with strangers. A lot of this is due to her vision loss. If she loves you and knows you, she is a very affectionate sweet girl that loves to cuddle and play with squeaky toys (obsessively). This girl cannot get enough of her toys smile emoticon. There are many dogs being fostered here that come and go, and since Violet is special we feel she deserves a home with less dogs and more one on one. If you feel like you would be the right fit for Violet you can fill out an application at sophiasgracefoundation.org.
