Ross is an energetic hound/pit bull mix who is looking for the right human partner. Is that you? Ross is good-natured, great with people and with some dogs. He shows a lot of curious energy toward cats. We are working on that, but would not recommend him for a home with cats at this time. Ross is house-trained and crate-trained. He is also great walking on a leash, rides well in a car and knows "Sit" and "Wait" commands. He loves to play and likes to roll on his back and have his belly scratched! Ross is eager to be a part of a loving family of active adults or adults with older children. He says he is seeking to be with someone who will take him on walks and hikes and play with him. He would not be happy just parked in a yard like yard art! Ross has a spotted white coat with brown accents and golden eyes and weighs over 50 pounds. He is currently in foster care in west Texas but is available to travel.
DISCLOSURE: Ross is a participant in the Paws in the City Guest Dog Program, so his/her ongoing care and custody are provided by her foster, not by Paws in the City.
